Lead Full-Stack Developer (Reliability Engineer)

Full Time · 100% Remote · Based in Mexico, aligned with US business hours

We are a profitable, bootstrapped workflow automation SaaS serving transportation finance companies.

In just one year, the product has captured 10% of its market, entirely through referrals, with zero churn.

The team is intentionally small and highly senior. We hire experienced generalists to avoid middle management, daily standups, and process overhead. The company is fully remote — team members do not meet in person.

This model works because everyone operates with autonomy, accountability, and trust.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer (Reliability Engineer) to own the Stability & Operations track of the platform.

What You Will Do

  • Turn business requirements into shipped code with full autonomy
  • Spend 80–90% of your time coding
  • Build and improve internal tools for monitoring, reliability, and stability
  • Fix bugs and deliver tightly scoped features
  • Communicate directly with B2B clients on L2/L3 technical issues
  • Own Sentry logs, queue health, and implementation quality decisions
  • Write setup and deployment documentation so future senior hires can onboard themselves
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to eliminate boilerplate — AI is the tool, you are the pilot
