  • About the Role  

You will lead the full-stack engineering effort for Auric AI's battlefield intelligence platform — architecting dashboards, backend services, access control, and the workflows that connect raw satellite imagery to the last soldier at the border. 

The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional problem-solving ability, product taste, and deep technical intuition. 

What You'll Own  

  • Architecture of all user-facing and backend systems 
  • Geospatial visualization and intelligence dashboards 
  • Backend APIs for ingestion, QC, and model integration 
  • Access control layers for thousands of users 
  • Real-time features, alerting UIs, and intelligence delivery 
  • UI/UX frameworks for high-speed decision environments 

What Matters Most  

  • Clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and first-principles reasoning 
  • Ability to lead through technical excellence 
  • Product intuition and the ability to design workflows 
  • Comfort building 0→1, iterating quickly, and embracing ambiguity 
  • Ability to explain your thinking and influence decisions 

Skills & Qualities  

  • Expert-level skill in React/Next.js (or similar) 
  • Strong backend engineering fundamentals 
  • Ability to design clean data models, APIs, and caching strategies 
  • Experience building high-quality interfaces or complex systems 
  • Ability to mentor and guide engineering decisions
