We’re looking for a Lead Full‑Stack Growth Marketer and Marketing Ops Lead to own the growth engine for two complementary business units:

• Cloud Security Web – cloud/data staffing & services (US + India)
• EchoPad AI – AI agents that automate clinical workflows (echopad.ai)

You will be the end‑to‑end owner of our marketing and growth funnel: strategy, execution, and reporting. This is a hands‑on role for a T‑shaped growth marketer who loves experimenting, measuring, and scaling what works.
