Overview

• Lead Full Stack Product Developer (Mobile Application & Platform)
• Mobile App delivery (iOS/Android, ideally cross-platform)
• Backend APIs + real-time services that power our product
• Admin & LiveOps tooling for operations
• Engineering Standards & Delivery (architecture, code quality, CI/CD, release process)

Responsibilities

• Own the iOS/Android app architecture and delivery plan (Flutter / React Native / Native).
• Implement and maintain key mobile modules such as authentication, analytic events, crash monitoring and performance optimization.
• App release & ownership such as build & release pipeline, crash/performance monitoring, hotfix protocol and rollback strategy.
• State management, offline/retry patterns and network resilience.
• Device compatibility & performance profiling.
