• This role coordinates delivery and releases for an in-car accessibility product within an Android-based infotainment system, with a primary focus on meeting legal and regulatory accessibility requirements.
• Core responsibilities include ensuring compliance, traceability, and correct implementation of accessibility-related changes, while driving quality improvements, defect resolution, and predictable, disciplined releases. Occasional support for new feature development is also expected.
• Due to the nature of accessibility work, even small changes can have significant user and legal impact, making precision, validation, and strong execution essential. The role operates in a highly complex stakeholder environment, where stakeholders are typically hands-off during day-to-day execution but become highly involved and escalatory when issues arise.
