Lead Gen AI Engineer

Job Description

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Python and its relevant libraries
• Strong hands-on experience with any cloud ecosystem.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and implementations
• Familiarity with Lang-Chain, LangGraph , LangSmith and/or relevant frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications using Python and any cloud 's AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for GenAI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and related technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services for seamless interaction between GenAI models and existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best practices within the team.
• Document technical designs, processes, and model specifications.

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience building Agentic/Multi-Agent systems.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring of agentic systems.
• Cognizance on Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions / Cloud Run, Cloud Logging / Monitoring.
