ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are inviting applications for our offline internship program for the role of Lead Generation & Client Conversion Intern. Selected candidates will work closely with our business development and design teams to research potential clients, generate leads, engage with prospects, and support client conversion strategies. Interns will actively work with outreach tools, build communication skills, and understand how design businesses acquire and retain clients. SKILLS REQUIRED:

Lead Research & Market Analysis

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Knowledge of Email & Message Outreach Techniques

Experience with Lead Tools such as Apollo, Mailchimp & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Ability to Generate Leads from Instagram & Engage/Convert Them

Familiarity with CRM or Lead Tracking Tools (Preferred)

Understanding of Branding, Marketing & Design Services (Preferred)

Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram & Other Networking Platforms

MODE: Offline Internship

TIMINGS: 10 AM – 6 PM

STIPEND: The intern shall be eligible to receive a monthly stipend starting from the second month of the internship, subject to satisfactory performance, punctuality, and dedication as assessed by Designing Lab. The initial 3 to 4 weeks will serve as a performance evaluation period, during which no stipend will be provided. Following the evaluation, the stipend will be approximately 5,000 per month.
