Role Overview:
ThinkNow, a leading technology-driven cultural insights agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Generator for our Sample Sales Team. This role is critical in driving our business development efforts by identifying high-quality leads and nurturing them into lucrative sales opportunities. This strategic position is ideal for a high-level professional who has a deep understanding of the market research industry and excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research and Development: Utilize various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry platforms to research and identify potential clients for our U.S. Hispanic and General Market Sample offerings.
- Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects through strategic outreach including emails, phone calls, and social media to generate and qualify leads, moving them through the sales cycle.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the Associate Director of Sample Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that align with departmental goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage prospective client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to sales teams.
- Data and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking customer information, forecasts, and sales activity reports.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance lead generation strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and project management teams to refine lead generation processes and achieve revenue targets.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in lead generation or sales, ideally within the market research space, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have experience selling online sample and familiarity with market research and marketing agencies.
- Strategic Sales Skills: Strong capability in negotiating and closing deals, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, , and other CRM and lead generation tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment with minimal supervision.
