Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Non-IT Staffing Sales


Location: Kolkata (Salt Lake – Work From Office)
Industry: Non-IT / General / Contract Staffing
Experience: Minimum 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience

2COMS Group is a leading HR solutions and staffing organization, specializing in Non-IT, General, and Contract Staffing across multiple industries. To strengthen our sales pipeline, we are building a dedicated Lead Generation team to support our Non-IT staffing sales function.


Role Purpose

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating qualified business leads for the Non-IT staffing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior exposure to lead generation, inside sales, or B2B calling, who are keen to build a long-term career in Non-IT staffing sales.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and research potential clients across Non-IT sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, BFSI Operations, Healthcare Operations, Telecom, E-commerce, Facilities Management, and other General Staffing segments

  • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects and decision-makers

  • Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and market intelligence

Outreach & Prospect Engagement

  • Conduct outbound B2B outreach through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Pitch 2COMS’ Non-IT / Contract Staffing services to prospective clients

  • Qualify leads based on staffing requirement, hiring volume, geography, timelines, and decision authority

Meeting Booking & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/calls between qualified prospects and the staffing sales / BD team

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper handover of lead details

  • Maintain conversation notes and lead status updates in CRM

CRM, MIS & Reporting

  • Update CRM with accurate lead, contact, and activity details

  • Track lead stages, conversion metrics, and follow-up actions

  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on calls made, leads generated, and meetings booked

Learning & Sales Enablement

  • Develop working knowledge of:

    • Non-IT staffing commercials (CTC, billing, margins)

    • Contract staffing and payroll models

    • Basic statutory and compliance concepts (PF, ESI, minimum wages – overview)

  • Shadow senior sales members to understand client discussions and sales closures





Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, inside sales, B2B calling, telesales, or staffing/recruitment support roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence in speaking with corporate clients

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to Non-IT staffing, recruitment, or HR services

  • Experience in B2B lead qualification and appointment setting

  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset


Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • MBA/PGDM (HR / Marketing) – added advantage


Work Location & Mode

  • Candidates currently based in Kolkata only

  • Work From Office – Salt Lake, Kolkata

  • Full-time role
