Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, events, and industry
databases.
Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and share insights to optimize lead conversion.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and event follow-ups.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales in the IT
industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.Io is a plus.
