Role: Lead Generation Intern (B2B)
Company: Rao International (45+ years legacy in overseas recruitment)
Location: Remote / Delhi (hybrid)
Type: Full-time Internship (3–6 months)
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 / month + performance incentives
PPO: Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance
About Rao International
Rao International is a 45+ year old overseas recruitment and manpower solutions firm, supplying skilled and semi-skilled manpower to international markets including Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
We are now building a structured outbound sales engine to aggressively expand our B2B client base.
What you’ll do
- Research international employer companies
- Build lead lists (Excel / CRM)
- Find HR heads and decision-makers
- Collect business emails and LinkedIn profiles
- Draft and send cold emails & LinkedIn messages
- Track replies and follow-ups
- Support outbound funnel execution
Essential Skills Required
- Strong research and data collection skills
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Persistence and follow-up mindset
Nice to have (not mandatory)
- Prior sales or lead gen experience
- CRM exposure
- Interest in recruitment or international markets
