Role:  Lead Generation Intern (B2B)

Company:  Rao International (45+ years legacy in overseas recruitment)

Location:  Remote / Delhi (hybrid)

Type:  Full-time Internship (3–6 months)

Stipend:  ₹10,000–₹15,000 / month + performance incentives

PPO:  Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance


About Rao International

Rao International is a 45+ year old overseas recruitment and manpower solutions firm, supplying skilled and semi-skilled manpower to international markets including Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.

We are now building a structured outbound sales engine to aggressively expand our B2B client base.

What you’ll do

  • Research international employer companies
  • Build lead lists (Excel / CRM)
  • Find HR heads and decision-makers
  • Collect business emails and LinkedIn profiles
  • Draft and send cold emails & LinkedIn messages
  • Track replies and follow-ups
  • Support outbound funnel execution

Essential Skills Required

  • Strong research and data collection skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Persistence and follow-up mindset

Nice to have (not mandatory)

  • Prior sales or lead gen experience
  • CRM exposure
  • Interest in recruitment or international markets
