Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales professional based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, generating new leads, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly developed Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a high-performance environment.
  • Relevant experience in EduTech or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related domain.
