Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads and demo bookings for our IT / SaaS solutions across APAC markets, primarily Australia, Japan, and Korea . The role involves complete end-to-end outbound lead generation and close coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Generate qualified leads and demo meetings for IT / SaaS solutions

·      Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers

·      Perform contact discovery using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.

·      Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

·      Qualify leads based on business need, fit, and readiness

·      Schedule demos and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers

·      Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM

·      Meet monthly lead and demo booking targets

·      Work closely with sales and marketing teams


Required Skills & Experience

·      1–3 years' experience in IT / SaaS lead generation or SDR role

·      Proven experience booking qualified demos

·      Strong cold calling and outbound email skills

·      Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

·      Comfortable working in Australia & Japan time zones

·      Excellent communication and research skills


Preferred

·      APAC market exposure (Australia, Japan, Korea)

·      B2B SaaS / Enterprise software background

·      Account-based prospecting experience
