Job Description

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged. The Client Engagement Associate is also expected to provide part-time support for the back-office team.

Work Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
