Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Generation Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to find potential clients, reaching out to prospects via various platforms, and fostering strong communication to convert leads into opportunities. Additionally, the Lead Generation Specialist will closely collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation activities with overall business goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in identifying New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
- Adept at Sales and client acquisition processes to convert leads into opportunities
- Excellent Research skills to identify and understand target market trends and client needs
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Amazon E-Commerce, D2C Brands or online Marketplaces is an advantage
- Prior work in an eCommerce agency or multi-brand environment is a plus
