Position: Lead Generation Specialist


Experience: 3-6 years


Geography -> Experience in geo’s like- US, MENA, Africa.

Department: Sales & Business Development


Reports To: Sales/Partnerships Lead or Head of Growth



Key Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries. -> Identify and research potential clients across industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics/Supply Chains etc.).
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools to build prospect lists.
  • Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with event leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain lead information and track activity using CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics and conversion performance.
  • Research industry trends and decision-makers to personalize outreach.




Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and written skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, buyer personas and deal progression & management.
  • Analytical mindset for monitoring campaign metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.



Good-to-Have

·       Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries.

·       Understanding of data enrichment and segmentation tools.

·       Familiarity with content-based outreach (e.g., case studies, whitepapers) and account/vertical based marketing & prospect outreach strategy.
