Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries received via phone, email, website, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Understand customer requirements, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement.
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations, proposals, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with complete and accurate information related to leads, prospects, customers, communication history, and sales status.
