About the Role


We are hiring a Pre-Sales Telecaller who will be responsible for making the first point of contact with potential clients. The role mainly involves outbound cold calling, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.


This position is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, can understand customer requirements, and is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided data
  • Introduce EVA Ad Ventures and explain our advertising offerings clearly
  • Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business development team
  • Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for senior sales members
  • Maintain proper call logs and follow-up records
  • Handle objections professionally and politely
  • Maintain consistency, discipline, and professionalism in daily calling activities
What We’re Looking For


  • Good verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English is an advantage)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client conversations
  • Ability to grasp information quickly and follow instructions
  • Basic computer knowledge (calling tools, Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Patient, confident, and professional attitude
  • Prior experience as a pre-sales telecaller or telecalling role is preferred but not mandatory
