Role: Lead Gen Specialist

NRTH is building the infrastructure behind modern business cash flow.

We help businesses stop chasing invoices and start collecting automatically.

This role is not sales.

It's about relationships, trust, and helping shape the product with the people who use it.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely good with people. Someone calm, sharp, and confident on calls. Someone who can speak to founders, finance teams, and partners without sounding scripted or pushy.

You'll be one of the first commercial hires at NRTH and you'll work closely with the founder. Your job is to build real relationships, bring the right clients onto the platform, and feed insight straight back into the product.
