Lead Generation Specialist – India, APAC & Middle East Markets
Location: Pune / Nagpur

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on the India, APAC and Middle East markets. The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality B2 B leads to support the global sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is a target-driven role requiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the India, APAC and Middle East markets through online research, Linked In Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, business needs, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target industries for both regions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement.
- Track and manage all lead activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.).
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior across both the US and Middle East.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of proven experience in B2 B lead generation, inside sales, or business development, focused on international markets (India, APAC and/or Middle East preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2 B lead generation strategies and regional business dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Apollo.io, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience generating leads for Saa S, IT services, or B2 B solutions in India, APAC or Middle East markets.
- Understanding of regional business cultures, sales cycles, and decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of email automation and lead nurturing platforms.
