Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by developing outreach strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring high-quality leads for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Identification & Research:

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing/job portals to find potential clients.
  • Research and analyze profiles to identify decision-makers and businesses that match our target audience.


2. Outreach & Engagement:

  • Create personalized connection requests, messages, and proposals to initiate communication with prospects.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up consistently to nurture leads.
  • Draft compelling proposals on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, tailored to client needs.


3. Lead Qualification:

  • Assess and qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and alignment with our services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' challenges and goals.


4. Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement email or social media lead generation strategies.


5. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track outreach efforts and maintain a detailed database of leads.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, including success rates and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing/job platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management platforms.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality leads.
  • Ability to write persuasive messages, proposals, and pitches.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries like [e.g., 3D animation, software development, digital marketing, etc.].
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding strategies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO strategies.
