Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential new leads and target accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.
Expert Use of Sales Tools: Utilize specialized sales tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, UpLead, Hunter.io, Lusha, Cognism, and Lead feeder for targeted prospecting, building lead lists, and identifying key decisions.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through targeted cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling, leveraging the data and insights from your sales tools.
Lead Qualification: Conduct high-level discovery conversations to understand the prospect's needs and pain points, and qualify them based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.
CRM and Process Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead information within our CRM system, ensuring a smooth hand-off of qualified leads to the sales team. E-commerce Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our e-commerce solutions and the broader e-commerce landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
• Demonstrated expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospecting and outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
• Ability to commute/relocate to Udupi, Karnataka.
