Lead - Global Sales Enablement
Mumbai| Work From Office 5 Days | Full-time
Important Note: This role is strictly for candidates with dedicated Sales Enablement leadership experience . Applications without SaaS Sales Enablement background will not be considered.
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales & Product Enablement Lead with strong SaaS background . This is not a generic training role β you will design and scale enablement programs that directly impact pipeline, win rates, and revenue for Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the right skills, content, and tools.
If you do have hands-on experience in Sales Enablement (7-10 years) + Sales/Pre-Sales background (7+ years) , this role is for you.
What Youβll Own
- Build & execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with GTM goals.
- Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry/vertical-specific pitching.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for Sales, Presales & SDRs.
- Coach & mentor team members and Sales/SDR trainers.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs.
- Ensure strong alignment with Marketing & Product teams for consistent messaging.
- Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs.
- Join select customer calls when required, as part of the learning and coaching loop.
What Weβre Looking For
β 7-10 years in Sales Enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment
β 7+ years in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering (must-have)
β Proven success in building scalable enablement programs
β Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise
β Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action
β Prior experience mentoring/training sales teams
β Experience with CRM & sales tech tools (advantageous)
β B2B SaaS/Tech industry background preferred
