Lead - Global Sales Enablement

About the Role
We are hiring a Sales & Product Enablement Lead with strong Saa S background. This is not a generic training role β€” you will design and scale enablement programs that directly impact pipeline, win rates, and revenue for Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the right skills, content, and tools.
If you do have hands-on experience in Sales Enablement (7-10 years) + Sales/Pre-Sales background (7+ years), this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Build & execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with GTM goals.
- Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry/vertical-specific pitching.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for Sales, Presales & SDRs.
- Coach & mentor team members and Sales/SDR trainers.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs.
- Ensure strong alignment with Marketing & Product teams for consistent messaging.
- Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs.
- Join select customer calls when required, as part of the learning and coaching loop.
What We’re Looking For
βœ… 7-10 years in Sales Enablement in a Saa S/Tech environment
βœ… 7+ years in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering (must-have)
βœ… Proven success in building scalable enablement programs
βœ… Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise
βœ… Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action
βœ… Prior experience mentoring/training sales teams
βœ… Experience with CRM & sales tech tools (advantageous)
βœ… B2 B Saa S/Tech industry background preferred
