1.POLICY AND STRATEGY ADVICE AND DEVELOPMENT: The incumbent provides technically authoritative advice informed by empirical evidence to improve the capacity of IFAD to position itself as an influential global player in agricultural, food security, rural development and rural poverty innovation.
