Introduction
We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to own and elevate the visual identity, creative quality, and design systems of our brand. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with strong creative leadership influence. You will serve as the guardian of visual standards, the final approver for major design outputs, and the driver of design system evolution across all touchpoints including campaigns, web, social, product storytelling, and marketing.
This role blends hands-on craft with high-level creative direction. You will set the design bar, guide designers in best practices, and ensure all creative work is cohesive, on-brand, and strategically aligned with business goals.
(Note: This Lead Designer role is open to brands across Ask & Embla or Ambi depending on final placement.)
