At Pronto, offline marketing isn’t support—it’s a core growth engine. We’re looking for a leader who can design strategy, own execution, and scale impact across cities.
What you’ll own
- Define and drive the offline marketing strategy PAN India, aligned with growth and expansion goals
- Identify and scale high-ROI channels: ATL, BTL, on-ground activations, housing societies, RWAs, kiosks, local partnerships, and community programs
- Build playbooks for city launches and hyperlocal campaigns
- Lead city marketing teams and agencies to ensure speed, quality, and brand consistency
- Run data-backed campaigns, track performance, and optimise spends in real time
- Own offline marketing budgets, ROI, lead conversions, and governance
- Build a scalable, measurable marketing ops framework
