Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Guidewire Developer (Digital) to join our team remotely!
Required Skills:
+ Strong hands‑on experience with Guidewire Digital, Jutro, and React.js
+ Expertise in web development technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
+ Experience with Gosu and/or Kufri a plus
+ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
+ Excellent communication skills—able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
+ Ability to work independently and drive work to completion
+ Experience with Node.js, NPM, and modern development tooling
+ Skilled with version control, deployment tools, and CI/CD practices
+ Broad exposure to multiple tech stacks and frameworks
+ Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
+ Prior experience mentoring or coaching other developers is highly valued
