Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Guidewire Developer (Digital) to join our team remotely!

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Guidewire Digital, Jutro, and
  • Expertise in web development technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with Gosu and/or Kufri a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills—able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and drive work to completion
  • Experience with , NPM, and modern development tooling
  • Skilled with version control, deployment tools, and CI/CD practices
  • Broad exposure to multiple tech stacks and frameworks
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience mentoring or coaching other developers is highly valued
