Lead Hand Warehouse Worker

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand Warehouse Associate to join our team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse operations, proven leadership skills, and valid forklift certification. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper inventory control, accuracy, and documentation.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors and management on progress and challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
