As an employee of DCS Asset Maintenance you will need to have an eye for detail, all while upholding our company’s morals and principles, as well as adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The perfect applicant is a highly motivated Lead Highway Technicianthat can perform a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day maintenance, servicing, repair of roadways, and other infrastructure assets. This person will also be responsible for maintaining contracted assets, such as roadways, medians, signs, lighting, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc., per the standards in the contract and as directed by a supervisor.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Demonstrates and promotes a positive safety culture by requiring full compliance of the project team members and subcontractors to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
