Job Description
Oversee and manage the HR shared services team to ensure timely delivery of HR operations. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations in the chemical industry. Streamline and optimise HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR services. Develop and implement HR systems and tools to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR services with business objectives. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR shared services team in Pune. The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead - HR Shared Service should have:
Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements in the chemical industry. Proven expertise in managing HR shared services operations. Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
