Overview
New Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs. Lead HR Solutions Analyst (Maternity Cover) in our Toronto office. The role is part of a global team that supports a seamless network of systems and services to enable our HR and line management colleagues to be as self-sufficient as possible by integrating human resources management systems, databases, automated workflow, intranets, third party providers and other technologies with key HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with the global HR team to implement global standards and define and implement regional specific standards.
- Assist Thomson Reuters system users with complex queries.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers at all levels and thoroughly analyze their requirements.
- Proactively identify value-add projects and work autonomously to complete them.
