You'll be servicing residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every job.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify problems and provide clear solutions.
• Accurately document service calls, findings, and repairs in company systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and providing professional recommendations.
• Maintain company vehicle and inventory of tools and parts.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service needs.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Confident, hardworking, with a can-do attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to guide apprentices, coordinate with team members, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Work Schedule:
Full-time: Monday - Friday, with participation in on-call rotation.

Work Location:
Primarily field-based across Seaside Air Services Inc.'s service areas. Travel to client sites required.
