Qualification

Master’s degree in Industrial Relations / HR / Labor Law


Knowledge: SAP/ERP System, MS Office Suite, Statutory Compliance Management Tools, Contract Labour Management Tool


Functional Responsibility:-

  • Develop and implement an effective industrial relations strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values. Advise senior management on employee relations trends, risks, and best practices within the organization and region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for handling labor-related grievances and disputes. Investigate, mediate, and facilitate resolution of employee complaints and disputes.
  • Act as the liaison between the Internal and External authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Address Local issues and concerns in a proactive and constructive manner.
