Qualification
Master’s degree in Industrial Relations / HR / Labor Law
Knowledge: SAP/ERP System, MS Office Suite, Statutory Compliance Management Tools, Contract Labour Management Tool
Functional Responsibility:-
Develop and implement an effective industrial relations strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values. Advise senior management on employee relations trends, risks, and best practices within the organization and region.
Act as the primary point of contact for handling labor-related grievances and disputes. Investigate, mediate, and facilitate resolution of employee complaints and disputes.
Act as the liaison between the Internal and External authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Address Local issues and concerns in a proactive and constructive manner.
Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, and procedures. Interpret contract language and provide guidance to management and employees.
Ensure all HR practices and policies are in line with legal and regulatory standards.
Facilitate discussions and negotiations between parties involved in contract labor disputes or conflicts.
Administrative Responsibility
Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency. Implement strategies to minimize disruptions due to employees-related issues.
Ensure timely training programs for management and employees policies, procedures, and best practices.
Active participation in 5 S Drive.
Extend support to HSEF Department.
