Job Title: Team Lead – Inside Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive a high-performing inside sales team. The role focuses on handling inbound leads, managing CRM data, and executing outbound calling campaigns using marketing tools to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Download, analyze, and allocate lead data from CRM systems.

  • Handle and convert inbound enquiries effectively

  • Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns using marketing automation tools

  • Track team performance, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to sales processes

  • Coach team members on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in inside sales or telesales

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team-handling or leadership role

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales data management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and scale teams

  • Proven experience in outbound calling and lead management.
