Design and Develop Comprehensive Learning Programs
• Create and implement engaging, scalable training solutions aligned to business priorities and learner needs using instructional design best practices.
• Develop e-learning modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, and videos using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Captivate, or similar.
• Ensure all programs reflect Envestnet’s brand, tone, accessibility, and global audience requirements.
Conduct Needs Analysis and Performance Assessments
• Partner with stakeholders and functional leaders to assess training requirements and identify skill gaps.
• Translate business goals into targeted learning solutions that address specific challenges.
• Support enterprise efforts to define, track, and develop critical skill capabilities.
