Lead Instrument & Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose / Objective Develop, lead, and implement reliability improvement initiatives, strategies, and roadmaps to enhance the reliability and integrity of Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) assets across plant operations. The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could adversely impact asset performance, plant safety, or business continuity through fault elimination, risk management, life-cycle asset management, and performance monitoring. As the functional lead, provide technical and administrative leadership to I&E Reliability Engineers and Technicians, ensuring effective execution of reliability programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
