• Manage, mentor and work with an experienced team, ensuring productivity, goal achievement, and effective resolution of complex issues.

• Serve as escalation point for the team managing Investment Only clients, including review and quality assurance of monthly and quarterly investment reports.
• Develop deep expertise in Mercer’s delegated fund structures and investment solutions to effectively communicate and advise both colleagues and clients.
