Lead IT Project Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- 4+ years experience in a MSP environment - Proven progression and experience in IT support - Required experience with RMM and PSA systems - Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune) - Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (MacOS and Linux ideal) - Good networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLANs, UniFi or similar) - Comfortable working independently and visiting customer sites on your own - Well-organised and methodical with the ability to handle projects as well as support tickets - A safe and private home office setup - UK Driving License and own Vehicle (required)
