Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Role Summary:


Oversee IT Operations Management platforms and observability solutions to ensure operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve ITOM capabilities (event management, orchestration, etc.).
  • Integrate observability tools with ITOM workflows.
  • Align with enterprise architecture and automation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in IT operations or product ownership.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation.
