Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve ITOM capabilities (event management, orchestration, etc.).
- Integrate observability tools with ITOM workflows.
- Align with enterprise architecture and automation strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT operations or product ownership.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation.
