Senior Java Developer — FX Market Disruptor FinTech

Salary : up to £120k + bonus

Location : London office 3 days a week

We are delighted to be continuing our longstanding partnership with an FX Market Disruptor FinTech that has been acquired by a leading capital market. They are looking for an experienced Java Developer who will fulfil a hands‑on Senior/Lead role leading the next generation of Java Developers.

Have you got experience leading a team while remaining hands‑on and technically involved?

• Multithreading, concurrency, low latency
• Working in the financial sector (e.g., FX, trading)
• Building microservices in the cloud (GCP, AWS) with Kubernetes
• Product‑led development—architecting, building and delivering
• Technical leadership: architectural decisions, mentoring, code reviews, pairing
