Lead Software Engineer – Insurance Application

Role Summary

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of the Insurance Application. This role focuses on maintaining system reliability, security, and performance while working closely with cross‑functional IT and business teams. The position requires hands‑on technical involvement, operational support, and leadership in delivering system enhancements and production stability.
