Lead L2 Protocol Development and Design

Experience:

12+ years in wireless communication systems with strong expertise in Layer 2 protocols (MAC, RLC, PDCP, SDAP) for 5G NR.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, development, and optimization of 'L2 protocol stack components' (MAC, RLC, PDCP, SDAP) for 5G NR for UE Modem Protocol Stack.

* Architect and implement 'high-performance, scalable solutions' ensuring compliance with '3GPP standards'.

* Drive 'end-to-end design reviews', performance analysis, and enhancements for L2 layers.

* Collaborate with RRC, PHY, and higher-layer teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
