Job Summary

This position manages the administration of MRANTI’s land, including land use planning, statutory requirements, and support of development projects in accordance with masterplans and third‑party development. The role oversees planning studies, zoning, coordination with regulatory agencies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure land development aligns with local and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Design Team, sub‑lessees, and internal departments on third‑party requirements prior to the preparation of Sub‑Lease Agreements, ensuring all compliance requirements are incorporated into tender documentation.
