We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Lead - Learning & Development to help cultivate an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture as we grow.
As the Lead of Learning & Development at Flatpay, you will elevate leadership capability across our sales driven organization. You influence across departments by aligning a community of training managers, setting clear standards, and turning insights into pragmatic, business-first improvements. This is an onsite position, with 5 days presence in office required.
