Job Description
Develop and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities related to the industry. Oversee compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to protect the company's interests. Lead dispute resolution and litigation efforts while working with external legal counsel when required. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and innovation. The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
A degree in Law from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a legal team. Experience in managing high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution. The ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and external counsel.
