Job Title: Lead Tech Support Engineer (Linux)

Role: Software and Hardware Infrastructure Implementation and Support

Experience: 10+ years of experience in the role of Software and Hardware Infrastructure implementation and support

Location: Indore, MP – Work from office

Education Qualification: BE (IT/Computers), MCA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify Hardware and Software requirements related to Product Implementation.
• Keep yourself updated with latest trends in Hardware and Software Infrastructure
• Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture and storage architecture, virtualization architecture.
• Design network security as per the requirement of customer.
• Design and deploy Hardware, Software and Application monitoring tools.
• Use automation for deployments and system upgrades
• Diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs
• Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos and other functional specifications.

Must Have Skills:

• Design and deployment of infrastructure architecture (servers, storage, virtualization, networks).
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure deployment and support (servers, operating systems, Linux, Kubernetes, virtualization, cluster setup).
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and basic application support.
• Experience handling large customers and providing remote support (OS, K8s)
• Strong understanding of databases and multi-tier application workflows.
• Experience in deploying and supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Creation of HLD, LLD
• Linux
• Linux Virtualization – KVM/Oracle Virtualization
• Experience in Ansible, Python, Shell Scripting
• Experience in using monitoring tools like Nagios etc.
